- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service. Made me pay almost $200 more to renew my service because they didn't let me know there was a problem on their end. I had to call them to get information about it. I had to call them about another issue with home insurance. Difficult to get in touch with and didn't reply back when they said they would (once again had to call them).
