  Sick of having problems receiving my mail! I've lived her 15 years. Track the packages from UPS, it's delivered to the post office, then it's never seen again & no way to contact anyone, since no one answers a phone or returns an email. I will say they are always nice when you go in.

  I was at this post office location to send a small package off. I was deceived by the small number of cars in the parking lot and once inside I saw that there were already six people in line waiting for their turn at the counter. Of course there was only one person working the counter, isn't that how it always is, not enough people when the line is crazy? Well, that was just the beginning. The line continued to grow so much so that it became over double digits behind me. As the people stood in line, impatience ran wild. People said things under their breath or loud enough for everyone in the room to hear. I was frustrated but not so much so that I was going to be rude. The lady at the counter, April, was very efficient and worked hard to move each individual as quickly as she could, all the time with an incredibly pleasant disposition and smile. She treated each person with a kindness that she could have easily felt some of them didn't deserve. I wasn't the only one who noticed her generous love, those closest to me recognized it was genuine and it was clear she valued people. I felt bad that she was stuck in such an uncomfortable situation all by herself but she managed herself so well. Because of it, I try to head that way hoping maybe our paths will cross again. She has incredible people skills and is an asset to any work place.

  There is always a huge wait. Part of the reason is there is only one person working the counter. Somtimes there are 2 but only one can do full service, The other onw can only mail things, and sell stamps. I was there a couple of days ago. The supervisor was very rude to the lady infront of me and myself. He told her you can leave and waived at her. And she said I just told you I am waiting for Stamps that the other employee is getting for me. I went to pick up my mail because I got a call saying my full address was not on my package. Only my zipcode. I went to pick it up and that supervisor said what are you talking about? Your address is on here. I am ok with being corrected but the tone of voice was very rude. I told him one of your employees said it was not on there so I should call everyday before 10am. Which I did but no one ever picks up the phone.

  Half of my mail wasn't being forwarded. I called in and the guy I spoke to handled it perfectly. Couldn't be more pleased. Awesome!
