  Wells Fargo outdated and moving away from customer service. First off, Mia and all the people at the Littleton location are great and friendly. However, Wells Fargo is not implementing customer friendly processes. I have an executed Power of Attorney to assist my aging mother. The first Wells Fargo I went to scanned and faxed it to an "attorney" who asked for addition documentation. We then postal mailed the documents to the Boston office as requested and after 2 weeks I finally got MIA to find out what was going on. After about 1/2 hour of fumbling through faulty computers she got someone on the phone who verified that they had received the documents. They then said they wanted the original POA mailed to them. I asked why they didn't call or notify me and they said they mailed me a letter. Is this 1950? You don't call, text or email your customers?   If you are a business owner and care anything about your company, find another branch or bank to work with. Jason and Hayden have grossly neglected our needs as a business and as individuals. Communication was non existent after setting up our business accounts. No follow up, no return calls and absolutely no care after we walked out the door. Business accounts, loan applications were all incorrectly filed under an LLC and not our for profit corporation. Credit has received hits, score lowered as a result of poor attention to detail and lack of listening skills. Damage control is in place at another bank. As a small business owner, our company means a lot to us and we are passionate about what we do. Our livelihoods and families depend on us to be successful. Do not trust your livelihood to these people under any circumstance.
