  Absolutely incompetent ! I first opened a policy with Amanda. I had multiple vehicles, motorcycles, and a homeowners policy. I had sent her all the information and set up a time to meet. When we came in she was very scattered. The policy she had quoted was drawn up with incorrect driver information and vehicle information, we were in the office for over three hours just to open a policy. We had also opened a policy for our boat. We never received any information on the policy, every time we called we were assured the boat was covered. After months have gone by and no information was received A call from State Farm billing saying they never received payments for the watercraft. At that time I pulled the plug on the watercraft policy and decided to give them a second chance on the autos and home. After that, our bill went up by $20 a month for over a year. Every time I contacted the office to get an answer I was given the runaround. After taking days even weeks for responses, finally got an answer on what I will be billed every month. Thanks for taking so long to respond, it was more then enough time to receive an accurate, clear and concise quote from a reputable insurance agent with another agency.
