At the first meeting I knew I was at the right place and at the right time. Rather than facing a bad outcome through litigation Bill Van Horn helped craft good solutions based on Godly principals. It was very rewarding to deal with a firm that holds God’s standards above common self-centered standards.

  Bill is nothing like what he says on his website or who he pretends to be during the initial consultation. I was hoping his "Biblical Perspective" would mean he is fair and wants to resolve cases according to biblical principles. Bill is a decent lawyer if your only goal is to win, regardless of unnecessary time, money or emotional damage. I hired Bill to handle a "friendly" divorce. Like a previous comment said, Bill would "negotiate" using the most ridiculous settlement offers that my ex-wife or a judge would never approve. He likes to think of himself as an expert negotiator when all he does is embarrass himself. In the end, Bill was a complete waste of time. The final settlement was something we could have arrived at on our own, but "Power Trip Bill" would get involved in unnecessary arguments and cause so much disruption all while charging me for his time. If you are looking for your average, loser, despicable dirty attorney, I would say Bill fits the need well. If you are thinking Bill is ethical, honest or decent, keep on looking. I can honestly say, working with Bill is probably the biggest regret of my life. If Bill is a Christian, I am embarrassed to be one also.
