  Do Not Bank Here! We have had nothing but bad experiences. The man who initially signed me and my husband up for a joint account told us that he had set it up so that we wouldn't have monthly fees, and a few months later we found we were being charged $12 a month. Nothing like being lied to. Now what has compelled me to write this is what they did to my mom, who is physically disabled and has leukemia. She has a car loan through chase. One month she tried to make a payment online and said it didn't go through, and so she made it again and still no go. The next day she called and made the payment. When she went to go get groceries her check was declined so she called to find out why, and both the online payments had gone through as well, and Chase insisted that they get to keep all the money, even though it was more than what she was supposed to pay. The next month she got a check for hail damage to her car, but it was made to her and Chase. So she took it to the bank and they insisted that she had to overnight it to the main Chase office to have it signed. $25 later she was told she was also supposed to have sent paper work from USAA as well. Another $25 later she called to find out the story today and despite the tracking number verifying that they received the paperwork, they have now sent the check back, un-endorsed, but has had the missing paperwork faxed to them (for free). Now we get to send it BACK for an additional $25. Mean while Chase is preping to repo her car, even though the delay on her car payment is because of them. Chase is a scam bank.

  Chase Bank has become so big that the small customer gets lost. I decided to close my account.

  I had paid all my bills and had basically a 0 dollar amount in my account whenever a reaturant decided to post a transaction from roughly three weeks prior. This caused my account to become overdrawn and a fee (from Chase) was applied which caused a bigger overdrawn issue. So a meal that coat less than 10 buck was now costing me close to 50. Even though it was not an issued caused by the Chase bank they removed the fee and I was able to correct my account. Thank you to this bank establishment, this is not the first time I had a concern with my account and was able to go in and get it corrected right away.
