Shannon was very low pressure and helped to educate my wife and I on everything we needed to know about our loan and the buying process from the mortgage side. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I worked with Dan Kazell. Dan is a professional at what he does. He was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. When we put an offer down on a house he personally called the sellers agent and told them why we were great candidates. This personal touch can make a difference in the tough Colorado market. Every document and detail was complete weeks before closing, making the entire process feel easy. As first time home-buyers, it was helpful to have his expertise and detail going over the loan documents. I would recommend Dan to anyone who is a first time home buyer.
