  The worse Mortgage Company ever! There's not much you can do when your bank decides to transfer your loan to this company. My father is elderly, and he called several times to verify what's going on with his account because apparently no payments were being processed. After being hung up on, I decided to call. One of the rudest reps was unable to assist. Called back and was put through to the customer care department, after authentication. She placed me on hold and then released the call. I've now been on hold for almost 30 minutes! Is this how you treat customers! Unbelievable. Unable to rate in negative form.

  One star because there is no minus -100 stars. The 5 star reviews on here are FAKE! BEWARE. This entity is out to rip you off in every way they can. RUN away from this place as fast as you can, don't wait for it....8/30/2017

  We've been homeowners for 20 years and this is BY FAR the WORST company we have ever had!! They make it as difficult as possible on the home owner! Due to a job loss we filed bankruptcy 9 years ago and have since rebuilt perfect credit, to the point of zero % interest on all of our purchases. But this STUPID company has a policy that if you have bankruptcy in the past you are not allow to do automatic bill pay. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! We WANT to stay on time with our bills and this is why we WANT to do automatic draft... and one would think they would want to be guaranteed their money. RIDICULOUS!!! Also, one of our checks was returned recently sliced perfectly in half... CLEARLY done when they sliced open the envelope and they send it back with a letter saying it came to them damaged.. not we accidentally sliced it in half, but it CAME to us damaged... STUPIDS! We are hoping they will sell us to another company. I have never in my life been involved with a company with such poor ethics and practices and treated so badly!! Piss Poor excuse for a mortgage company!!!!

  Update 08-15-2017 My loan was successfully modified at original 3.125 percent amortized over 160 months. Best loan ever. Rating goes from 1 star to 5 stars. Couldn't be happier. 2016 Worst company ever.
