- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great pricing and better service! Eric was extremely helpful and supportive to my project. Making marketing flyers is not something I have done 1,000 times, but he has and was willing to spend unlimited time to explain my options and make recommendations. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆In January 2017, a male employee helped me mail my unemployment papers using their envelope. After providing the address info, I paid. He printed and applied the shipping label onto the envelope. He said it would be picked up later that day. I checked the status online a week later to confirm delivery, only to find the shipping was paid - but the store was awaiting drop off. I called the 800 number for more details, but they didn't have any. I also opened an investigation to at least get a refund. With one day left to send my paperwork, I went to FedEx. No investigation outcome received. The store was in sad looking condition, as if they were shutting down. Also seemed the employee's two friends were loitering.
