- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have banked with this bank for about 12 years. Recently, I have had two situations in which I was in a bit of a panic and really needed some flexibility. On both occasions, the Branch Manager, was extremely helpful and I left the bank with very positive thoughts toward the branch and all the people that work there. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just went to this bank to cash a US BANK CHECK written on the account of one of their business customers to me personally. No problem cashing the check HOWEVER they charged me a $5.00 fee just so I could walk into their bank and cash THEIR CHECK which was on THEIR CUSTOMERS CHECKING ACCOUNT. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! How cheap can a bank be? Well I guess I now know the answer. I WOULD NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH US BUNK. I would be horrified that my customers would have to pay a fee to cash my business check.
