  Good place to bank - smaller credit union, so they're more helpful than your big banks. I come in to do deposits here every other day. I have noticed that customers here aren't always pleasant and have witnessed uppity customers give hard-working tellers a hard time - Though the tellers have been very professional in handling these customers. However, there is a certain disorganization with the tellers sometimes. One particular teller with the beard (Rudy?) is always the one that has been helpful while I have noticed others like the small girl ignore the customers to do whatever with their drawers. I wish that the manager or supervisor would please pay attention or at least help these tellers, because I do see a lot of angry customers in the waiting line. I am a new customer and would love to continue my support with credit unions over large banks.

  Terrible. Seriously. I opened an account here to not have to deal with large banks. After being ignored at the drive through window until I had drove through 2 times just to confirm they were open... Luke meandered toward the window. He asked if I've been helped and I asked if they were open. He took my ID and walked away while I was still talking. He did exactly what I asked for, but again left the window when i had questions as to what he needed from me. Worst service ever. Don't offer an "after hours" drive thru window if you're going to stand around as a staff where I can see you laughing and not helping me.

  This home loan department is not what it used to be. It is infested with incompetent and unethical people. Loan officer never showed up to closing. They misled me on the terms of the loan
